    How much is too much?

A few of us were discussing 'how much' powder and 'how much' primers and 'how much' ammunition one can store legally.

    Are there any legal definitions?

It's kinda like 'more than 12 guns' is an arsenal. I don't even know if that has a legal definition. I do know I get mad when they raid someones home, empty his safe, trash it in the front yard and the reports exclaim "he's got ## guns?" It so ridiculously sensational.

If there is a 'limit' where do you find it?

IIRC, there is no limit on black powder and 20 lbs of "smokeless powder" unless you have it in an approved storage container.

And no limit on ammo in general.

        What about primers?

That's funny thing, as smokeless powder is far more stable that black powder.
