Went to Jim's class at The Firing Line in Burbank today to do my Utah CCW stuff. Really easy, lots of vids, not too bad. Worst part was finding a place to do my prints and getting my fingers all mucked up. Sending it off on Monday, will report back on the time it takes to receive it. Good times!

I visit many other states and travel to CO pretty often, but sadly they recently took away their reciprocity for the Utah permit. I'm getting my CO ID Card soon, then I'll hopefully be able to get my CO CCW (too bad they enter you into their criminal database...)

At least I can carry through all the states on my way to CO.

3-4 Hours, watched some vids, had some Q&A, small talk and such, took pic. Easy peasy. I do wish Utah had a live fire requirement cause other states might reciprocate...

Sent my stuff in mid-Dec. Got my permit in the mail in just under 60days from the date it was mailed. About 45 days from the date my check was cashed.

No actually it is correct. NV no longer accepts UT non-resident permits as of last year. one must now aquire an NV non-resident permit to carry in NV.

Nevada does NOT accept a Utah permit anymore. Neither does it accept a Florida permit anymore. Regards, Bob.
