What if you got robbed like this?

    Hi:

Here's a potential can of worms:

    1. What might you have done if you were armed and at home in a situation like this?

    2. What legally would have happened if the politically favored class feloniously stole someone's home, and the homeowners would have defended themselves with firearms?

well before you pull the trigger you want to always identify what you are going to kill. There is a big difference between a couple in business suits with a key and a bunch of thugs trying to kick your door in.

I would have called the police and had them arrested for trespass.

I am pretty sure that before they even go in the house, they probably try to let the people inside know what they were at the house for. They don't just kick down the door with guns and knives yelling "get out of the house or we'll kill you". What would happen if you "defended yourself with firearms" against a bunch of unarmed suits in this case? you better have a good lawyer.

I would have left my guns in the safe and called the po po.
While waiting the 3 or so hours for the police to arrive, I would offer my guests a cup of coffee and I would find my paperwork showing that I owned the house free and clear.

Sheriff should have been involved if the people were still in the home.

I dont understand. Were the people home? If they were home and they let B of A take their stuff and change their locks.......FAIL!

I can honestly say that if I were home and this happened..... upon entering my house, these people would have an unpleasant experience to the tenth power. And, I would not allow them to back out of my door and leave. Oh no. They got on that train and now get to take the full ride to the next stop.

                  The next stop?

                  Gunpoint - Self explanatory
Verbal commands -"On the ground MFer! On the ground Now! I will shoot you!"
Prone position - "Happy to provide physical assistance obtaining this position
Knee on the neck - This is to hold them in place while I handcuff them.
Handcuffing - Snug tight with the double lock, click click!
Talk cowboy S*** - "WTF are you doing in my house?!?" "Are you stupid?" "Did your mom have any kids that lived?" Do you know how lucky you are DumbF***?

Then a nice cramped free ride by the local constabulary to the County jail for said dip****. Cant get any simpler then that.....

No immediate threat of violence, no reason to use lethal force.

In using any force whatsoever to resist, you'd be hurting yourself, not helping yourself.

I'm willing to bet that the victims here will be more than just "made whole."
The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.

lol. I was thinking the exact same thing. I am still waiting for the "so there was a knock on my door ten minutes ago. I peeked outside and didnt see a familiar face so I donned on my body armor and loaded up my EBR. To be safe I strapped my drop leg on in multi cam and put my glock in there with no name flashlight company attached (I find if I buy cheaper lights then I can spend more money on ammo and magpul stuff) After the second knock I feel like I have to react quickly like a cat, innocent peoples lives may be at stake so in a hurry I donned my Kevlar helmet with rhino mounted NVGs. I kicked open the front door and saw the reaction on the perps face. The perp had to **** themselves. I proceeded to yell, "what do you want from me!? who are you!? you have no business here! I dont know you." The perp was shaking so much that she drop items as she ran off. Stolen contraband from other houses she home invasioned I bet. She wont be coming round here again with her gang uniform of a green baret and sash. What kind of sick minded person steals cookies anyways? Anyways, her gang will more likely know I have firearms so I am filling up sandbags and piling them up around the windows, I will have to extra vigilent tonight....
So I ask you internet. What would you have done different? Did I do right? Can I get a pat on my back? I hear sirens so no doubt the perp is about to get caught! BWAHAHAHA"

Yeah I'm still waiting for that post

I believe the house was a vacation home for some rich folks. They went there to prepare for a party and found that the locks were changed. When they were able to finally get in, the house was full of very very unpleasant smell. The BOA suits not only changed the locks but cut the power as well. And guess what happened to the several hundred pounds of Salmon they caught from the previous fishing trip in the freezer.

Yet another example of how full of BS and corruption Bank Of The Fourth Reich, I mean Bank Of America is.

But, as Obama’s golden financial institution, I would expect to see ZERO done about this, accept for maybe President Al Farrid Hussein Obamastan asking the victims to apologize to the bank for being free and clear home owners that do not participate in the financial *** raping of Americans that is the credit industry.

I am not sure how you stretched this to blame Obama but I can tell you from experience Bank of American has been greedy LONG before Obama became president!
