    Citadel Custom Safe Co.
4305 Industrial Rd # 165, Las Vegas, NV
    (702) 382-7233

They have a great inventory and they really treat Californians with respect. It's a half mile away from In-N-Out Burger (which I believe is the only one in Las Vegas). Most busy burger joint I've ever seen. Guess Vegas buffets are quite the same value anymore.

But don't waste your time at:

    Gun Store The
2900 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV
    (702) 454-1110

They have a great inventory, but they don't treat Californians with respect.

Center Mass in Henderson is another great shop which I like, but its about 45 minutes away.

I went to Bass Pro Shops on Blue Diamond Road and Dean Martin Drive and was impressed with the store.

About 2 miles away from Bass Pro Shops is another smaller store if your want to fire machines guns.

Las Vegas Gun Range & Firearms Center
4610 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV
    (702) 386-4867

+1 on skipping The Gun Store. What a load of crap. Very knowledgable staff, but what d*cks. My mom and her BF live there and were looking to buy an AR, their attitudes caused them to shop elsewhere. You'd think it would be in their best interests to educate people instead of making them feels stupid.

You might want to try Discount Firearms Inc. 3084 S. Highland, #B Las Vegas, NV 89109. I have had real good luck with them. I even took my Nevada CCW class there.

Not to defend them in the least, they are a-holes as a matter of policy, but I have to say I do understand their ire a little bit. I was there a year ago just looking around, not bothering anyone and no less than 5 separate Californians came in to try and buy hi-cap mags in the span of 20 minutes. Each asked for what it was they wanted, was asked for ID, then came the "I need ID to buy mags?" comment, then ID was either shown and the conversation abruptly ended or the the buyer faked an "I don't have it with me" and proceeded to walk out the store into a car with CA plates.

After that I walked up and told them I wanted to buy that transferable Mac-10 on the wall and showed him my CA DL. That at least got a laugh out them.
