I didn't know the NRA says keep your guns unloaded?

The one NRA rule he doesn't follow: His weapons are always loaded. (The NRA says keep them unloaded until you're ready to use them.)

There is a small difference between keeping your guns unloaded and keeping them unloaded until you're ready to use them.

I am always ready to use my defensive firearms.
My guns which aren't needed for defensive use remain unloaded.
