Let's see your "quick access" storage system...

If you've got a gun in a nearby spot other than the dresser drawer, let's see your setup! what kind of crafty way have you come up with to hide your guns but keep them easily accessible?

here's my setup



hollow, wooden copy of "War and Peace" with my Taurus PT145 and 2 extra mags. All three loaded with hollow points. There's a box of ammo behind the picture preme too with 10 JHPs and 10 FMJs too. Shotgun's just strategically placed near the door, on the close side of the dresser.....nothing fancy about that spot. 00 buck and slugs at the ready.

(The rest of the guns in the corner are locked up. The bolt for the Mosin is locked away too.)

I keep my Glock 23 with Streamlight tac light with a load magazine in a small safe with fast access......I just punch the numbers in and 20 seconds later I am ready to defend.

My quick access gun is under my bed in a thumb print-open lock safe. Although I am thinking of putting some hooks up in my closet and hanging a shotgun in there too. ( Sorry no pics )

Every night i take my handgun out of the safe and place it in my nightstand.

Every morning before i leave for work, it goes back in the safe. No guns are ever left out when I'm not home.

it looks like that in the picture of the picture, but it's the stuff ball players use and i put it all over my face that night and for some weird twist of fate reason, you can't see it anywhere else on my face in the pic...not the most flattering of pictures...should have thought to move it before i took the picture....oh well

i got it from Home Goods about a year ago, but i've seen them at other places like ross, tj max, etc recently. my 45 fits perfectly inside. it was either War and Peace or A Farewell to Arms......W&P was a better size.
