    shipping ammo

    Can I ship ammo via Priority mail through the USPS????????

    I am shipping a small box of 50 rounds.

    I just want to make sure I don't break the law...
    How do you travel...

          Thanks for the feedback...I will declare the item at the post office....I am sure they will tell me right then and there.

            Loaded ammo must be labeled with an ORM-D sticker/label and shipped from a UPS or FedEx shipping depot (i.e. not UPS store or FedEx Office).

              ammo ship thru USPS is a NO, you can ship it with UPS as long as you put ORM-D on it. IIRC

                        Hello this is Fedex Lina. Fedex can accept ammunition. Ammunition is a Class C explosive and must be shipped as dangerous goods/hazardous materials. May I suggest you call 1 800 463 3339 ask for our dangerous goods department and they will be glad to provide information on packing and labeling your ammunition. Yes , it is true you would have to take this package to a Fedex station, not a Fedex Print Office Ctr / Kinkos location. I hope you will give us the opportunity to assist you in your shipping needs.
