I belive they collect tax, not charge tax...... I talked to Martin about this some time ago. Tax on DROS is not going to keep me from making a deal with the guys......what, $2 at the most?

Where are you going to get this level of customer service?

DROS is not taxable, so they can't be taxing for DROS

        I dont tax the DROS..

I do have a document from the BOE ( I think it was the BOE).. that says I have to collect tax on DROS. I have another one that says not to. The one saying not to is newer so I don't.

I do charge tax on firearms. If you look at an invoice from me on an FFL transfer.. it says Nodak Spud NDS 37.6 or whatever and >>>>>>> $XX.XX.

It doesnt say FFL transfer fee...... $XX.xx

Any time you have a question about something on an invoice you should take it up directly with the busines.. Any good business person will be happy to explain any charge on their invoice. I know I don't have a problem with it. My customers spend alot of money to get something.. I don't mind at all explaining what there paying for.

Martin, Ray, John and Rich are all top notch guys..The four legged wookie is pretty cool too..

Martin is the man. I live over an hour away and still go there for all my transfers. Of course its good I don't live closer or I'd be a lot poorer.

I live in the central Valley. I could go to Turlock, 35minutes, Merced, 45 minutes,or Fresno 1 hour, but I would rather go to Irvington Arms, 2 hours, to do my gun business, because Martin and the guys give me great customer service, and good prices. Oh and that Lumpy guy is a gas.
                  Another happy customer.

It doesn't help things that I only work 10 minutes from his shop.

My new custom CZ's being shipped there and I just sent a friend to get his lower from them (I heard they assembled it for him FOC as he waited). Good bunch always helpful even if they don't have the item in stock or you're just shopping.
