I go into gunshops. Sometimes. I buy my leather on line or on gun forums ( from other people) , same same for many parts , grips, etc. I trade with folks and do a PPT at a dealers of our choice. I go directly to the source of good ammo and buy a couple of cases at a time. What I am saying is , I don't rely on stores. If I need to sell a gun , I list it on Gunbroker , if I need parts form Smith and Wesson , I just call them and order. I notice many people for some reason litim themslef to stores ( ???) Why do that? Any opinions on this?

I like to shop. I may buy something I did not know I needed. In a store if it is run correctly you can get a better feeling for the stuff you buy. I feel better with person to person contact when buying. Yes you could hold up in the house and order everything you need from food to tp but where is the fun in that.
