Every ammo vender follows their own rules as they see fit. Some are a lot more restrictive where they will deliver than others. Probably different corporate lawyers have more or less knowledge and more or less caution about what they're not sure of. FUD Rules!

For example the Sacramento City ordinance just says that you have to give ID and fingerprint when you buy ammo and doesn't (IIRC) say anything about mail order sales. Some places interpret that to mean no mail order sales to anyplace around Sacramento, others are willing to deliver to the County area and maybe even the City too.

Just place an order and see if they deliver to you.
