Directions to Lytle Creek from OC?

Hey guys,

Hope you guys can help me. I'm going to Lytle Creek, but the directions are a bit vague on the website. From the 55 N fwy, how would I get there?

55 N
91 E

Does the 91 hit the 15 fwy?

91 E to 15 N?

Exit N. Sierra Ave, make a right or left?

Sorta difficult to figure out since theres no address to input into mapquest.

Get on the 91e, take the 15n, get off at Sierra Ave. Take a
left under the bridge and follow the Lytle Creek Road
ALL the way up into the hills. Sierra turns into Lytle Creek
Road.

Just keep going. Don't deter from the Lytle Creek Road.
It's maybe 10 miles give or take up the road. It's usually
a zoo on the weekends. Haven't been there in a few yrs.

yes 91 will hit the 15, exit sierra make a left.
