.223 ammo question

I'm used to shooting Federal 55gr FMJ out of my Mini 14, but I have a buddy who wants to sell some Remington 45gr JHP. How do the ballistics differ between these two rounds and what differences will I notice for target shooting? Thanks,

Well, you'll get some more fps out of it than your standard 55 grainer, but you shouldn't really notice much unless you're shooting past 250 yards. Accuracy depends on your rifle. It's always fun to try new things.
