what are the rules. can i ship myself to a sc ffl to sell my shotgun or does it have to be done ffl to ffl instate?

You as a private party can ship it directly to a receiving FFL. You and the buyer of your shotgun need to ensure that the receiving FFL will accept shipments of this type. If not, perhaps the buyer should find another FFL that will.
