Hmmm, I prefer it when my girlfriend plays with my gun.

i don't play with my guns b/c i spend time to clean them, and by handling them constantly, you are now imparting oils onto the gun that can cause rust to form thus negating the cleaning efforts i had done earlier.

I tend to only mess with my guns when I clean them. My kids love to see the guns though, and I take them out once in a while to show the kids. My oldest one is 4.5 so I'm just slowly teaching her the basic safety rules.

                ...and this quote...

                ...leads to the question:

                "What're you watching on tv?"

I "play" with them kind of when I first get a new one and I want to learn how to field strip it, clean it and understand it but unless I'm cleaning them, working on them (changing stocks...adding upgrades etc..) or getting ready for the range....mine sit in the safe most of the time.

I don't bring mine into the house while my wife is at home...... She would ask "why aren't you packing?"...... My RV would be the new home of me and my guns!

I pull out a gun here and there to wipe the dust off them. Question should be, How many of you go through the day without looking or talking about guns?? Huh huh... All of you are guilty
