I figure I would ask here, sorry if its the wrong forum.
My stepmoms brother just passed and so my stepmom flew to Texas to pack his things up, she is the only family he had left.So here's the delima, he lived with a roommate/girlfriend and has taken some items "firearms" and wont release them, my stepmom called the local PD and they said there was nothing they could do. So what can she do now? Any info would help.
