    Interesting Christmas Present

Some of my family members decided to get something for their 'crazy gun-toting uncle Sauce'...well, they got me a weapon but i'm a little concerned with its legality. It's an OFF-LIST rifle with a fixed stock, but short OAL...even with the flash hider, I still think it's classified as an SBR. It came with a 20round drum magazine, pistol grip and NO Magazine Lock Device! Upon further inspection of the trigger group, I discovered that it has a 2-stage trigger and is FULLY AUTOMATIC.

Below are some pictures I took, should I report this to the DOJ?

    Merry Christmas!

I think you're in deep doo-doo when the BATF finds out about that. And to think you even posted pictures of it too.

I think those plastic army men of yours are in for some real terror.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I live across the street from a K-8 school...so I had to go home, get my lockable case and take it back to my uncles' place so I could transport it home.

FYI, that's the semi auto version. I have the exact gun but mine is registered.
