Isn't the government already going after criminals with illegal guns? What about straw purchase? How is a gun store owner/employee going to know if the person buying the gun going to turn around & sell it to their criminal friends. The person checked out as clean with no criminal background. So where do we start? If the firearm checks back to that person, they'll claim that it's stolen, etc. Man, I am so sick & tired of the Bradies & their distortion of the truth.
But tell you what.......I'll hit that, hard!

Since when did the Brady Campaign go after illegal weapons? When did they disarm gang members and drug dealers?

The only illegal weapons they get rid of are the ones that they pushed to make illegal, but were rarely used in crime anyway.

Best response would be to your local station carrying the show. I just quit watching it and my wife just groaned saying "Not another one" so I think she has quit watching it also.

I'm still going to watch Grey's Anatomy. It's a good show with great characters. Try not to care so much about what celebrities say. It's like the whole Dixie Chicks debacle. So what if Natalie Maines said she didn't like G W Bush? I still think 'Home' was an awesome album.

Yeah, the whole idea of keeping guns out of the hands of criminals is insane IMO. Just too easy, file off serial number - say it was stolen sell it for a markup (if your a bad guy of course). Repeat. To keep guns out of the hands of criminals means that they would have to out law guns in general everywhere. That means the only people that would have guns are the rich criminals.

I heard that TV show sucked anyway, and I think she's ugly.

Okay? If 79 people are killed every day (and 8 of those are children) then that means that 349,670 are killed every year. Now, lets look at those numbers. According to CDC (center for disease control) they indicate that a child is from the age of 0- 18. Excuse me... aren't we allz somebody's child. Not to mention an 18 yr old as a child. Nice thing about stats is you can make any number up and have the media buy it and sell it to the mindless public.

Kate Walsh isn't speaking of music, she is attempting to convince anyone watching to help the Brady/VPC bunch to take your guns. This is exactly what we need to attack everytime it comes up. Brady is out in the City Council meetings, County Board of Supervisor meetings and in Sacramento pushing an antigun campaign.

They get Federal and state grant money to formulate more error prone studies to feed to the media to feed to the masses. We cannot let them have a free move while we sit and watch and compare the consequences to the dixie chicks. There is no comparison or parallel. When the celebrities or anyone spout off crap it has to be challenged or the lie becomes truth with each telling.

I wrote the station that airs the show and told them they lost 2 viewers for that time slot.
Kate was reading the cue card, watch her eyes. She is just ignorant. I don't think she knows what she is saying.

Wow. She's a lousy actress. I could watch her eyes follow the words on the cue cards, and it was WAY too obvious that she was reading. She sounded like a friggin robot.

If the show you're watching addresses those issues then I'm betting those are the stances.
