This might have been posted already... but I was at a turners today, and they had a flyer up to pre-order complete AR's... looks like they'll be carrying LWRC complete rifles one model in 5.56 and another in .308 , also talked to the guy behind the counter about it... said no stripped lowers "yet" but either way... definitely a cool move for them!

Yup, ever since the new ownership took over earlier this year, they have been steadily moving into the OLL market. First it was "permanent" maglocked VZ58s, then it was featureless AKs, now they are doing setscrew maglocked ARs. They haven't embraced the "bullet is a tool" concept to allow for bullet button type maglocks yet, but perhaps in the future?Jack

I was at Turners today...saw that they are advertising that they will be getting an initial batch of 10 Charles Daly AR-15s....no plans to offer OLL's yet.NRA Life Member

I was hunting .357 ammo yesterday (yeah - from places that won't fingerprint me this time) and dropped into Signal Hill Store... I happened to get within earshot of the guy behind the counter doing an extemely competent explanation of OLL and how the BB should be installed for most reasonable use... LWRC is delivering CA compliant rifles to CA FFLs hence taking the liability issue off the table for them.
