This year I have converted one friend when I took him shooting. This coming year I aim to do more including taking a friend down in LA out on my way back from AZ this summer. I also pointed her to CG to help learn a bit more about firearms and the laws we have to deal with in this state.

I have tried to take my friends shooting but the cost is too high for them. I can get one or two to go but it is not very often.

hit the range yesterday afternoon. ****ing aye mayne. She kicks like ****ing whoa

Pretty funny, the first round through her i held her at arms length away from my and everyone else's face. Seeing as it was the first time she had been fired since the 40s. Amazing My work on the stock paid off and i had compliments from a few others up there. She shoots pretty much dead on - we didnt have a table bag or anything so we were free ballin it just standing and aiming down the iron sights, so any inconsistency at this point is likely me not being used to the rifle.

Ran all 150 rounds through her, took about 2.5hrs, much of the time shooting "hot" and she still remained consistent  Just ordered another 300 rounds ( lol 197 grain FMJ ****ers are brutal ) and they're shipping today.

i brought everything up to the range : ere are a few pics of me with my bros John and Chase :

BLM ranges are bare bones here lol heres our "equipment table" - we're about 2 boxes into the 150 rounds (15 rounds per box)

Heres some fresh meat. John had never fired a gun before.... can you tell ?

We took turns on Frau Esle (Donkey) - 5 shots per, basically a full in stock clip - we each shot 50 rounds.... poor john  this is him around #35 - the butt was tearing him up pretty hard
