I'll be going to sac valley tomorrow with my olls. Are the range staff there okay with the oll w/bullet buttons? I built my oll months ago and I'm dying to shoot them.

As a rule they are AR friendly. They care about safety, not legality.
When you sign in, ask for one of the yellow empty chamber indicater range flags they have in a jar on the counter. Usually they're free, or they may charge you a buck. During cease fires just lock the bolt back and slide the flag in through the ejection port. That way they can tell from a distance the chamber is empty.
Most likely Bob will be working as the RO, and he tends to stress really easy. He won't hassle you about the OLL per se, but he might still not be familiar with them and see the mag and not realize it's a fixed mag rifle.

A looong time ago. I have the bullet button installed on 2 of my oll and the other is just a plain fixed mag. I like the idea of a chamber indicator also. Thanx for all the info
