What mod should I report them to or should I post the names in here?

you can just hit the in the right corner of the PM. that will alert all the mods, so that you don't have to manually enter in all the mods names.

Posting the names here of "zero-post" new members won't do much since they can just create a new name.

FBO asked to buy a 30 round hi cap mag then I told him It's illegal and he came back with the "Oh I didn't know" and then 7073 is the other member I talked to the other day on the phone we were going to do a trade but i became weary of his behavior he kept insisting that I sell him 30 round mags because he had no use for rebuild kits.

About 5 months ago, I was selling a complete AR. I had a guy pm me asking to meet half way from the bay to LA and do a cash deal. I told him that we needed to do it through an FFL. I havent heard from the guy since lol.

In FBO's defense I've recently met with him and completed a smooth transaction with him (completely legal.) He's new to the game and not very informed. I gave him a lot of info and he was eager to listen and willing to learn. I'm guessing I forgot to mention the 10 round mags in a BB lower..

For what it's worth, I don't think this guy deserves the ban-stick... I'll try to update him a bit if I can find his #.
