You use muscles while shooting that you don't use otherwise.

    Solution: Shoot more!

Build a wrist roller, get a rod about 12", closet rod from HD will work. Attach a rope in the middle about 36" then a 5lb plate at the end and now roll it up and roll it back down. Will build wrist and forearm strength.

How long are you waiting between shots? Going a slow 4 seconds per shot on my 226 still takes only a minute for a mag. At that rate, it's still less than half an hour to get through 200 rounds, with a lot of rest in between each mag. I only bring 2 or 3 mags with me.

An hour sounds like a lot of time aiming and holding your muscles steady. Looking for rifle-perfect accuracy from a handgun?

Usually only happens on the day all the gun magazines arrive in the mail. That gun porn is exhausting.
