fedex screw up what to do ?

I purchased some primers from Graf and sons. I have waited for almost 6 months for these. Fedex shows these were delivered and signed for today. Only 1 problem. They are not at my house. I can not figure out where they were sent to. I do not recognize the name that signed for them. Just venting I guess. I have already emailed Grafs. I hate crap like this

Had the same thing happen to me, but with UPS. Call FedEx and file a claim. They'll tell you that the shipper has to file it, but at least they will have a record of you calling in and getting the process started. Took UPS almost 3 weeks to clear up my issue, and they still to this day never found the package. Good luck.
