CAA (Command Arms Accessories) being Liquidated?

I was trying to contact CAA about a part and I got the following message:

Who's First Samco? I looked up www.firstsamco.com and they're another firearms accessory company, I suppose. I see Fobus Holster, Warrior Outfitters, and Knox Court on their website.

I just got some CAA stuff and it came in a "First Samco" bag and I was like WTF? now it has some context.

Maybe First Samco bought their assets and is in the process of taking over their stock/brand/product

The companies First Samco, Fobus and CAA are all related somehow. The administrative contact for firstsamco.com is Fobus. The companies are based in Pennsylvania and I believe their products are made in Israel.
