So I'm out here in the desert and was thinking... if humidity out here hangs around 30% most of the time, do I even need to worry about a Goldenrod in my safe? Does anyone know at approximately what % rust starts to form? I understand that it will probably vary depending on the metal... Thanks.

Are your guns lubed? Right now is SF humidity is 98%. Humidity is always high here and I have a small tub of damprid is my safe and everything is fine. I even had a bare finish receiver in there, no rust.
