Are you saying that you have the two AR's of the same model, for example, only that one has a BB, but other doesn't? Answer is no

This is an odd question give us a little more info as to what you are trying to get away with. If the first rifle is of a configuration that requires a bullet button and the second looks just like it, then no you can't have it in cali.

        Yes and no

Yes, you can own two identical rifles.

No, you cannot legally take one of them out to shoot.

The BB makes it legal to use all the "banned" features, as the magazine is no longer detachable without the aid of a tool. Ten round magazine only.

If the other is fitted with a MonsterMan stock, the use of detachable magazines is legal, but all other features must be removed. Normal capacity magazine use legal.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero
