She also donated some goodies (a handgun and a big Fresno Sheriff's Dept blanket) to the local Friends of the NRA dinner, and attended the dinner as well. She seemed pretty cool when I spoke to her briefly at the dinner. It's a rare thing that a local politician would stick out their neck to attend (publicly) an NRA event. Especially one who is a member of the Democratic Women's Caucus, and such. She's a rare one, that's for sure.
