PPT at Target Masters in Milpitas

I just wanted to leave some feedback on a positive experience I had with a California firearm retailer.

I just completed the paperwork for a PPT at Target Masters in Milpitas. They seemed to be a very professional outfit and I'm happy with the experience so far. Spent a while talking with the owner afterwards and I'll definately do business there again if I'm in the area.

It's always good to hear good customer service stories. We see so many negative ones all the time.

Wow, last one took me 3 hours there, never again.
There are 3 kinds of people in this world.
The wise, learn from the mistakes of others.
The smart, learn from their own mistakes.
The others, well......they just never learn.

+1 - I had the same experience with a PPT there a while back. They completed a straight purchase I made fom them quickly though. Maybe they're intentionally giving PPT's crappy service to try and discourage them being brought to them?

They do have more CYA paperwork than my regular FFL. But my PPT experience with Target Masters was also a good one.

Now for a rrreeeaaalllyyy lllooonnnggg PPT experience got visit Turner's down in Orange. God! I thought I would never get out of that place! Twice the CYA paperwork of Target Masters.

I guess I'm lucky that mine only took 1.5 hours. They go through a ton of extra paperwork and extra signatures from the lady in charge. They're pretty strict on just about everything. I was there early in the morning once and they had rounded up all the staff and the big boss man was just chewing them up because somebody had left a gun lock out on the table.

After that, I've always use RMB (5 min down the road from TM) for my PPTs.
