Sorry but when Blackwater and the NG come to your door you probably will not be doing this unless you want to die. After Katrina whole affluent neighborhoods were raided by our own troops collecting guns. If you were not there they kicked in your door, if you were there they cuffed you and detained you on the sidewalk while they pulled out all of your firearms. This actually happened here in America. Guess what, when they declare Marshal Law all your rights are suspended like it or not. The dumbest thing you can do is get in a gun fight with the National Guard.

Lessons can be learned from history. Think WW2 resistance fighters....If mass confiscations happen, keep a couple of throw away guns that you don't mind losing when they come for them. hide the rest.
People with RAWs are going to be the first ones visited...an OLL flies under the radar and is just as effective.
Avoid contact with the authorities, keep on the move, and stay mobile, while trying to look as little like a high value target as possible.
It would be utter foolhardiness to attempt to directly engage the police / national guard in direct combat....if they come for you it will probably be a platoon sized force at a minimum moving up the streets. You don't stand a chance, I don't care how heavily armed you are. Unless there are a few dozen of you.

Not in a Shtf scenario, you saw the Police pillaging wal-mart and abandoning their posts. What do you think they are more concerned about, their own families, or their job?
It wouldn't take much for an organized neighborhood to beat down the law breaking swat/army/cops, with semi autos, and hand guns.LIVE FREE OR DIE!

you say this as if they are the only ones with these types of weapons. and surplus russian ammo is pretty inexpensive. plus any home can be readily turned into a fortified defensive strong hold. so short of blowing up your house. just to get your guns. a stand can easily be made against a force of arms. and once the rest of the public see that the govmit is actually killing people just to disarm them. the swhtf for them too. it only takes one man to start a revolution. are you that man? cause i might be.Natural selection has arrived!!!Comment

here, but I don't think I'd say never. The more I read the section you posted the more I read into it. For instance, it indicates a person lawfully carrying or possessing. I bet there are other provisions of the government code that could allow either a local LEO or the Gov to change this and make it not lawful if it ws so needed. The other way I see they could get around this is in the event of an evacuation where the Government is responsible for evacuating or even providing you with shelter. They could easily say no weapons as a condition of their shelter or in the case of a flood evac, no weapons on the boat.
