I found a great deal on the rifle I want, online, out of state. much cheaper than most local places, and the shipping is only $20. The problem is every place I've called wants at least $100 (some want $180) to do the FLL transfer. Anyone know of a place that'll do it for less? I've called places in SF, San Jose & surrounding area, and San Leandro. I don't want to drive too far, but if it's within an hour from me (Tracy, Napa, Salinas), and the price is right, I'll go.

When I get home tonight, I will PM you the contact info of an FFL who's doing a receiver transfer for me for a total of $55! That includes his fee + DROS. That's the best deal I've seen in this area.Originally posted by Chris MI found a great deal on the rifle I want, online, out of state. much cheaper than most local places, and the shipping is only $20. He's in San Jose or Cupertino, I forget (I haven't picked up yet; still in my 10 days). I can't speak for him, but you can call and ask if he'll do it for you.
If you don't get a PM from me tonight, that means I forgot, so PM me a reminder.
EDIT: Xeno posted his business name while I was writing ==> Roger's Relics. If you can't dig up his number, PM me.Comment
