    Where to get lead free ammo...reasonably..??

    I'm mostly lookin to get some 7.62x39mm lead free. You guys know a reasonable place to find some..??

      Get some steel core wolf, or brown bear, etc.

      I think Copes has it available. Also check ammoman.

                      Barnes has a lead free MPG in .311 made specifically for the russian short.
                      If you handload... this would be the ticket. They run about $26+ per hundred.

                              Reasonable....meaning less than 40 bucks for 20. Dont know if that can be done...or where to look...but yeah...reasonable.

                                                          It's mild steel, not hardened steel core. They use mild steel because it's cheaper than lead.
