M1A Bullet Button or comparable ?

Anybody know of a well designed Bullet Button type of device/tool for M1A ?

I have heard that a machinist in SoCal has/does make/made them BUT do not have a line on it.

    TIA

CA compliant M1A's have a muzzle break, therefore, If you legally posess hi cap mags, you can use them....I do.

A bullet button on my M1A would prevent me from using all the 20rd mags I have
