Recommend a cheap 'Spotting Scope' ?

Was trying to zero a scope today and could not see groupings from 100yards ( .22lr). Was a pain in A to shoot 5 - 10 bullets, wait 15 min for a cease fire, run down to switch targets and try again multiple times Things still not tweeked to my liking yet. Saw a few online for $20ish (cheap enough) range and wanted to know your recommendations were

they have the Barska ones at big 5 on sale from time to time. I have a pair of barska binoculars and they're not bad.

Would prefer something cheaper but that is the only one on amazon that got good reviews..

Steer clear of the Winchester spotting scope at Big 5 ($99 on sale). It's trash. When zoomed in at the max (60x), it's like looking through a pinhole.

CMP has Kowas for $200-something.

Not exactly cheap, but I use Kowa TSN 821 with 27X eye piece. I can see 30 caliber bullet hole at 300 yards with it. I love it.

15-40x means the 'zoom' is adjustable from 15x to 40x. 50mm means the objective lens (the large lens) is 50mm in diameter. Larger lenses allow more light to be gathered, thus usually allow for a clearer image.
