My friend just bought a Browning Maxus shotgun and looking @ his receipt he was charged $25.00 for DROS and another $25.00 Govt fee then the tax on his shotgun. He has a safe on the approved list. He is not sure what the GOVT fee for $25.00 is for.. Anyone have a clue?
