    Franchi SPAS-15

So, if a bullet button were added to this would it be legal? It is not specifically named (SPAS-12 and LAW-12 are) and it isn't technically any different than a Saiga-12 w/ non-folding/collapsing stock, right? I've wanted one of these for a long time, so I'm seriously considering purchasing and middlemanning this thing - am I overlooking something obvious (or not?)

    SPAS-15 $2875 shipped

Should be GTG, those that know better than I will check in shortly I'm sure. It's kinda got a "cool factor", but it's awfully spendy. You could have a few Saiga's for the price of one.

If you've been wanting one, buy it!

Can't say I've seen the magazines for sale anywhere..

        I'd buy a Benelli m4 and S12 first.

Cool - thanks for the double-check. I know it's not everybody's thing, it's just something that I've wanted for awhile. I had a SPAS-12 and sold it when I was younger and it's one of the only regrets I have in my entire life.

I already have an S-12 and many other shotguns, so it's definitely not a practicality thing...

no different than a PG'ed Saiga-12. Fix the mag and you should be A-OK.

Run it through the AW legality chart to see how all the laws interact on it, http://www.calguns.net/caawid/sgflowchart.pdf

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
