Brown Bear steel case ammo questions

Is Brown Bear steel case ok to shoot out of an AR15? I thought it was hard on the gun. I hear some people say its ok and others say no way.

its fine. i'd rather shoot silverbear or goldenbear though. those are only about $1 more a box.

Worked perfect in my AR. No Jams or anything. I think it is a little hotter than Wolf but I am not sure and don't want to be spreading FUD.

Steel case stuff is not hard on the guns. Some people are brass only snobs. If you are shooting at a bench, shoot what ever. If you are competing or taking a class shoot brass. But then again people will chime in and say "They have taken a class with wolf". AR15 Barrels did a great write up on why you should chose brass over steel. Personally I have had Failure to extracts with steel after some heavy firing.

Ive shot steel case out of all my guns except one and that was because i couldnt find that caliber in steel case. Never had a problem
