For some reason, I was thinking you were saying it would require 12 cans of paint (I was thinking ) and labor would be $15-$20 per can plus paint cost... I was adding 12x$20 + 12x$4 and thinking $288 sounds like a lot for a $400 Saiga

So ballpark... what would be the total for a gun like a Saiga or an AR15, and what patterns can you do? I love how that Multicam just goes away.
The only thing that gives it away in the shots where it's above the fallen leaves is the straight edge of the barrel (pretty had to hide a straight edge)... that rifle is simply stealth!

I'm debating whether I would want Multicam or one of the more desert-specific patterns. I like the tan schemes, and as I mentioned before, really prefer soft edges... I'm not looking for perfect concealment (heck, with these old eyes I'd lose my gun!)... just an alternative to black tacticool.

Of course, I need to get a few rifles first
I won't hesitate to have you do some work for me, but it's going to be a few months.

Oh... what about a desert tan camo scheme on an XD9 Service (4")?
I can do any pattern but I am best at any Digital camo (Marpat Cadpat ARPAT) I can do a digital version of Multicam that would really disappear!!

I will figure out what it will cost I might be able to do all your cans using what I got plus 2 more cans. I ll PM you and we can figure things out.

I can do a complete can Job for a rifle and up to 3 mags for $100

Oh no.... I'm not the guy with the ammo cans... I was just looking at that for a ballpark on pricing (incorrectly).
I misunderstood and thought you were saying labor $15-$20 and cost $4 per can of paint and that it would take 12 cans to do the job. I ignored the top part of the post referring to ammo cans.

Right now, the only thing that I would want to possibly have done would be the handgun in a desert pattern. Eventually, I'll have a rifle or two and maybe a shotgun I'll want to have done.

Not bad! I did my own rattle can camo job and was pleased. You'll want to switch to duracoat in good time, trust me. Fixing the little nicks gets old after a while. lol.

looks really good ! I'm impressed. even if they are not a total 100% match with acu or multicam clothing they do a great job in hiding the rifles and breaking the shape.

I would pay u to do my sniper rifle.

see if u can get a FFL or maybe do onsite service and switch to duracoat.

To be honest, it took me a while to find it in the 3rd pic. I was like....where in the hell is that damn rifle Then I finally saw the outline of it and gave myself a facepalm...it was pretty much center photo. If that doesn't signify quality work, I don't know what is.

+1...I am getting in to Duracoat now for the same reasons.

That's amazing! I can barely make it out from five yards; if it was any more I couldn't even see it if it was firing straight at me! :P

Like I said, it'll be a bit before I'm ready. Not sure if I want to do the pistol or not, but right now I'm not working and can't afford to spend on things that I don't really need (I've had this gun for over 3 years in black, I think I can wait a month or two).

I'll definitely PM you when I'm ready to proceed... just looking to get a ballpark on cost.

that happen to me before with the ACU Saiga I have, it took me a while and had to remember where I had gone step by step. Turns out it was against a tree!!.

Did you put a clear flat finish on it? Mine has lasted for a while with no scratches. My airsoft goes through hell every week and has very little to no damage. Using a primer and a finish helps.
