Oh crap, I think I made a mistake. Need your input.

Ok, I purchased a rifle at Big 5 on the 5th of October. Picked it up on 16th. Made a purchase for a AR15 on the 5th of November and I am suppose to pick it up tomorrow.

It was my understand that an individual can only purchase 1 gun per month. Seeing as how how I technically fall under the 30 day period, am I screwed?

you can buy 1 a day if you wanted if you can afford it for long guns IIRC.

although i'm sure the CADOJ/BATF will have a little flag pop up for your name in their systems for doing so.

1 per 30 day applies only to concealable firearms, I believe.

I think the DROS would be rejected altogether, no?

Only handguns from dealer stock is subject to the 30 day rule. PPT transfers and long guns are exempt.
