Does anybody know if there is a magazine lock for M1A so I can replaced an M1A SOCOM II stock with SAGE or VLTOR with a pistol grip?

The guy from US Optics showed us his version of a mag "lock" for the M1A at the Cow Palace show, you could contact USO.
The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.
