    How te sell?

Hey guys, quick question for you.

If this is the wrong forum, plz move.

How would I go about selling a rifle in the market place? I know for someone that wants to come to me, we could meet at a gun shop and do a PPT, but what about if I have to ship it? How does that work? Do I have to ship it from an FFL? I know I have to ship it to an FFL.

When my neighbor asked what all those crates were, I told him if he sees smoke coming from my garage, and me running down the street......he better catch up!

You do not have to ship it from an FFL, however depending on the buyers FFL they can choose to accept or not accept from non licensed individuals.

So it would be best to call their FFL first before I shipped.

I personally leave it up to the buyer. If they want the rifle, they need to find someone to do the transfer. Its also good to make sure that their FFL is comfortable handling the type of rifle (AR's, AK's etc.) before sending it out. As we all know not everyone is ok with doing transfers on them or they flat out don't know the laws on them.
