Does anyone make a milled receiver for the PSL?

I'm curious if anyone produces a receiver for the PSL that can be replaced for the stock stamped one (with some gunsmithing, of course). Would it even be possible/worth it? One of the biggest complaints about it is its inability to shoot higher grain bullets.
