The other day I couldn't find my CLP so I decided to try using a can of Kroil that I had sitting around to clean my AK. It seemed to work pretty well at taking off the nasty residue caked all over the muzzle and brake. Does anyone else use Kroil for general purpose cleaning and lubrication of their firearms?

I only use Kroil to clean my guns. I have never used it as a lubricant. I use either gun oil or grease, depends on type of firearm. -
