I just was made aware (posted) that Mike from the OC Range passed away.

Does anyone have any info?

Mike was a great guy. When I was a member there I always had a good experience talking and doing business with him. I observed him on many occasions assisting new shooters with patience and respect that I've never seen. My prayers go out to his family. RIP Mike.

+1 on Mike being a great instructor with patience and respect for new shooters and experienced people alike. I was one of many who learned the basics from him, and it saddens me that he had to leave so abruptly. In the early days of the range, Mike was the reason why people became regulars. He was liked by people from many different walks of life. RIP Mike.
