    SKS bayonet question

    I recently picked up a nice looking Russian SKS. The bayonet doesn't stay snapped in when it is all the way closed. Are there any tricks to get it to stay closed?

      Check the spring inside the bayonet, my Romanian had that problem when I bought it. The spring was weak and wasn't locking on to the lug.
