What the heck...............I received this E-Mail on the 24th (one day after I orderd, the 23rd):

We're sorry to email everyone, but there's an urgent situation with the new Bullet-Button magazine locks from Prince50. This notice DOES NOT AFFECT the Prince50 fixed-magazine kits, which use a set screw to lock the magazine in place - ONLY the new "bullet button" lock is affected!

At any rate, were someone were to do just the right things, the bullet-button mag lock could in fact release a magazine WITHOUT the use of a tool, thus rendering the rifle it's installed upon an assault weapon. The manufacturer is aware of this issue, and has already developed a fix for this issue. We became aware of the issue before shipping most of the bullet buttons. However, a few did make it out. So, if you receive a bullet button magazine release soon, please read the link below in order to find out how to either modify yours, or send it off to the manufacturer for free repair. We will not ship any bullet button releases until we receive the corrected model, which should be within the next two weeks. Rest assured that if you receive a bullet button magazine release from us, with postage marked after 1/24/07, you have received a corrected, post-recall model and you don't need to worry about it.

I have spent a couple grand with CWS and have been totally happy and completley saitsfied with them. From what I understand Michelle does a lot of the online stuff and does not get to update that stuff every two minutes like we would like. And just like West at Ten% they probably ship only a couple times a week. I had to wait awhile for my first lower, the gun show circuit was going on..but hey.....I shot up that liquor store with my other gun...so it was all good. Step away from the computer.......it isnt mocking you. Shower. Eat. Sleep. The voices will go away. That "processing" will turn to "shipped" anytime now.

Rainer Arms, Global Tactical, 10%, and Cabelas have all left CWS in the dust when it comes to the lag between order confirmation and shipping.

Well guaranteed we shipped out at least 10 times more product than the first 3 companies combined.......

We average less than 12 hours from order to ship.....now you might not get the email update but your stuff is out the door.......ask how many times customers call us to change thier orders.....too late already gone.

We have four people answering phones, six telephone lines.

We do phone orders, internet orders, walk-ins, gov't contracts, local PD contracts, gun shows......

The BULLET MAG releases were recalled the day after release, we could have shipped them out but held out.

We just recieved the new BULLET releases today via FEDEX overnight so out of the 180 so packages that went out today, there were some bullet tips and the rest will go out on monday.......

As soon as we get the those transporters in.....that will decrease the amount of time it takes to get you your order....

Updating MANY orders this eve -

For those who ordered "in stock" items ...
That stock / inventory was probably with the Pirate at the San Fran show...He removed it from the selling tables and placed names on items.

He arrived from San Fran late Tuesday - unpacked Wednesday and we started shipping those orders on Thursday and today.

Bullets were received this afternoon and we've been finishing all our orders we could get out this week.

We've probably spoken to you and if not, emails and website is being updated this moment....

Great doing business with my repeaters and nice to see some new customers to my website....

About 1 out of 12 in the inital batch don't function properly so check it out, if it doens't work send it back......
