linked ammo = fixed mag?
I heard from a FFL that belt-linked ammo is considered a fixed mag. I think you're good to go so long as you don't link more than 10 rounds together. Anyone want to chime in on this?
BTW, if someone has linked ammo greater than 10 rounds, how can it be proven that the ammo was not linked prior to 2000?
A stamp on the ammo can? Suppose there is no ammo can?

I've come to the realization that maybe 10% of FFL's in CA know what they're talking about. Whomever told you that is VERY wrong. Belted ammo (regardless of quantity) + Pistol grip + semi-auto centerfire = Felony.Originally posted by shooterx10
