    Talking guns

I just read an interesting article in Guns magazine. It was suggested that certain guns talk to there owners. You had to be a gun person to understand this. Not just a hunter or a person that feels a gun is just a tool to understand this. So who here has a gun that talks to them?

I have a few that talk to me. These get handled or thought of more then the rest. It is not always the most expensive guns that talk to me. I have a Taurus Revolver that shoots great and has a great trigger. It talks to me often. I also have a SKS that I got as parts and I built it up and it also talks to me. My Fal is sometimes a chatter box as is my Ar. While my Garand is often quite. Most WW2 vets are. Although my 1903a3 is noisy at times.

These guns that talk to me get shoot more and get more accessories then the others. So are any of you a Gun Whisperer?

Yes. most people not properly introduced to guns think that AKs say "ALLAH!!!!", "jihad" or "a terrorist best friend". me on the other hand, it says "freedom" or "liberation". theres a counrty in Africa that has 2 AKs on their flag beacuse they owe there place in the world to the AK.

    and thats how they talk.

        Please read the Calguns Wiki
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

My 460 whispers in my ear. " Set things on fire " it says but I just drown it out by singing the ABC's song over and over again.

One of my favorite guns is a "well used" early Underwood M1 Carbine with all of the original early parts. It has about 20 little notches cut along the bottom of the stock belly with the name of the GI written (faintly) on the inside of the khaki sling and carved in the stock.

I too wonder if only that gun could talk since it is an obvious "bring back" battle rifle.I wonder if the notches mean kills?
