                Thats funny b/c the link you keep referring to says only paper targets but we use much more then that and the rangers say its OK. also it encourages you to call the local office, why would they do that if all the rules were right there and completely clear?

                          yes it says please use which doesnt say its illegal but one can take from this that you are not allowed, which I have been told by a local office in some areas they arent, and it doesnt say in the regs.

                                It's not illegal to use cans, clays, etc. They just don't want glass. They suggest paper because it's easier to clean up.
