The only question then is, do you open the safe for them or let them call a locksmith to come open it by whatever means necessary (including blowtorch for instance)?

I'd open it for them. I've lost a safe to SDPD because I didn't understand the situation entirely (had a brutal brass knuckle concussion) and they sledged hammered it. Fortunately it was only a small $180 fire safe, but they got it open. If they want to open it they will, regardless of how long it takes them. My only consolation is that the cop who went all hammertime on my safe sucked so bad at it that he sledged his toe and broke it, which doesn't even console me that much because I am procop and this poor guy was only doing his job.

They usually will list such a clause, and it means that they'll get into one if they encounter it.

There is no need to get a second search warrant for a safe if the object that they seek can be contained within the safe in question, which is located on the property or in the place that they have a warrant to search.

The On Target range in Laguna Niguel gave out magnets with the same wording a few months back.

Have one on the safe in my house. The ones they gave out left the attorney portion blank.

Have you CALLED the phone number yet?
Yes, I know I posted my question after the picture was posted. Those were not the postings I was referring to.

I did see the phone number, and I even went to the CD Michels website to see if I could find out more information about the magnet. No information found.

No I did not call the phone number on a Sunday.

All I wanted to know is where the person was able to get the magnet; at the lawyers office, or at a gun show.

They also have a nice card that you can put in your wallet. Same orange color and a lot of good information.

Maybe I should slap one of these magnets on my safe. I really don't think a theif is going to be fooled by the airsoft & paintball stickers I put on my safe.

Are you talking about the airsoft & paintball stickers? At first I thought I could fool a dumb criminal into thinking all I had was toy guns, but with all the real firearms accessories laying around my room I don't know.....

I think I am going to look for one of these notices to poluce magnets at the next Del Mar gun show.

Maybe you could put on an other sticker to the tune of " If you ignore the first sticker you wave your rights in the event of death/dissmemberment from the safe boobie traps"
