Will DPMS ship a complete upper assembly to my house?

As far as I know, only AR lowers need to be dros'd. If so, will DMPS send an a complete upper assembly to my house? Has anyone done this?

There should be no problem having an upper sent to your home. I have had it done with two Stag uppers from LAN World.

yes they will. only the lower needs to go to a ffl. all other parts can legaly be sent direct to you.
